Do you offer a rush order option?
Yes but you must contact us first to see about availability. We only offer limited spots to be placed into our rush order queue.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We do not offer any cancellations as we begin processing your order right away. We process orders as soon as we get them to help keep our processing times down. We also not offer refunds for any orders due to change of plans, event cancellations, buyer's remorse, sizing issues, wrong sleeve lengths, wrong address inputted at checkout, packages marked as delivered, shipping delays caused by USPS and/or FedEx directly, etc. If there are any issues after delivery, you must message us within 48 hours with picture proof of the issues.

Do you include care instructions?
We include a care instruction card for all orders that contain bodysuits, t-shirts and tutu outfits. :)

My package shows as delivered but I do not have it.
If your package shows as delivered but you do not have it, we recommend calling your local USPS facility and speaking to a representative at that location. When your package is scanned as delivered, it marks the GPS location at that present time. They will also be able to talk to the postal worker who delivers your mail to see if he remembers where it was delivered at. In the event that it may have been stolen, we recommend filing a police report as mail theft is illegal.

Turnaround Schedule - TSHIRTS, BODYSUITS, PLUSH ANIMALS
Please use this as a guideline for our turnaround time schedule for bodysuits, t-shirts, and plush animals. This excludes orders containing tutus.

Orders placed on Monday ship the following Monday.
Orders placed on Tuesday ship the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday ship the following Wednesday.
Orders placed on Thursday ship the following Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday ship the following Friday.

We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

My order did not arrive in time for my event and I purchased the rush order fee. Will I be refunded this fee?
We do not offer refunds on rush order fees as this is a non-refundable fee. The rush order fee only affects the processing times. Your order ships by the method you selected at checkout of your original order and is not connected in any way to the rush order fee.

My order for Christmas delivery is taking longer than expected, will this arrive in time even though your listing shows an estimate delivery date?
We can always expect to see delays around this time of the year. Unfortunately the dates shown in our listings will not be 100% accurate. They are based on what USPS has for transit times as well as going off of our turnaround times (earliest + latest). While we hope that each order arrives to their destination by the date shown on tracking, we will see delays by at least 1-3 days after the estimated delivery dates. It is extremely important to remember that these dates are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We have a separate program where we watch the tracking on each order and check multiple times throughout the day to make sure all is OK. We only see the information that you see on your end with tracking.
